Military and Veterans

UU Fellowship of Columbus members include both committed pacifists and active military, including many who serve or have served at the nearby Fort Benning Army installation.  We all respect the sacrifices and hard work of the members of our military, and we will always welcome service men and women into our community.

GI rights

The fellowship is committed, through its social action work, to help support and assist individuals in the military.  We refer those members of the military or their families who wish to understand their GI rights to the GI Rights Hotline1-877-447-4487.

The GI Rights Hotline provides support regarding the following topics:
