Sunday, April 3
First Sundays are special at UUFC. Members are encouraged to bring friends, and after the service, at about noon, we have a pot luck luncheon. If you’re new, don’t worry about bringing food. We always have plenty. This is also the day we encourage members to bring non-perishable foods in non-glass containers for Feeding the Valley Food Bank. Monetary gifts are also accepted.
9:30 a.m. Adult Religious Education. This week, “Jewish Life in Europe before World War I.”
10:40 a.m. Children’s Religious Education. This week, “Beehive.”
10:30 a.m. Sunday service. This week’s special guest will be folksinger Ken Sizemore, aka the “Old Folkie”, who will present (in harmony with the Seventh UU Principle,) “Songs For the Love of the Earth.”
