A progressive on Passover

Fellowship member Jackie Waldman started started watching our Fellowship’s services on YouTube, during COVID, from Massachusett. She joined us person when she move to Columbus, and she’s also a member of Temple Israel in Columbus.

Jackie will present “Slavery to Freedom, her unique, progressive view on the story of Passover. The service begins at 11 a.m., but join us early for coffee and conversation. Services also include music, a little meditation and celebrations of Unitarian principles and values.

Jackie Waldman worked for more than 40 years as a medical social worker, primarily with the elderly. It didn’t take her long to become an active UU member. That’s important. UU values action, based on love, over creeds.

We do have creeds. Lots of them. We just don’t share one. Our members and friends include Christians of many denominations. We are also Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, and subscribers to earth-centered traditions, such as Wiccans and Pagans. You’ll find in our Fellowship humanists, agnostics and atheists.

How is this possible? Join us Sunday to find out. We’re friendly, informal and done by noon!
