Justin diFeliciantonio, a friend of the Fellowship, will explore “Ishta-Devata,” which he describes as “the form of God that is personally relatable and inspiring.”
The service starts at 11 a.m. but join us early for coffee and conversation. In addition to a talk, services include a little music, some meditation and optional opportunities to share your thoughts. Visitors and guests are welcome at our progressive Fellowship.
Justin is a tennis coach, a writer, a wellness coach, a world traveler, and a regular practitioner of yoga. He’s also a longtime student of philosophy, mindfulness and meditation. In this service, through the idea of Ishta-Devata, he’ll explore various conceptions the importance and utility of deities.
Unitarian Universalists hold unique and personal ideas about God, nature’s energy and the existence of a higher power. Our members include Christians, Jews, Buddhists, humanists, agnostics, atheists and others. We encourage each other to our own personal conceptions of spirituality and the search for truth, meaning.
