When we do reopen, we’ll all have to wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines. We’ll also limit the number of people who can attend the service, we won’t offer cups of wine or juice for our toast, and we’ll change the way we collect the offering. And we won’t sing. Not yet.
Rick Spradlin, our service leader for June 14, is a longtime member of our Fellowship. He’s also a teacher, and he’s had a longtime interest in comparative religion, philosophy and ethics. He keeps us on track following the Seven Principles of Unitarian Universalism. Watch this website for an update about the topic of his talk for this important service.
Also check here for updates on our return to Grace Fellowship Hall. Our board is monitoring the pandemic closely. We’re eager to meet again in person, and we’re also committed to keeping each other safe.
Even with these precautions and even if pandemic data are encouraging, some of our members and friends still might not be comfortable meeting in person. We respect that, and we’ll continue recording services and posting them on our YouTube channel. We’ll also continue to connect by Zoom videoconference for other actitivies.
