There will be no choir practice or discussion group this week, and no adult religious education on Sunday. Instead, we’ll all be busy preparing to dedicate Grace Fellowship Hall on Sunday, Oct. 18.
You’re all invited—members, friends and newcomers. Join us for coffee at about 10:30 a.m Piano preludes will begin at 10:45, which will be your signal to find a seat for the service, which will start promptly at 11 a.m. We promise lots of music, including the renowned Samford University A Capella Choir. The service will feature short presentations by Rick Spradlin (on what it means to be Unitarian Universalist), Ed Wilson on how we made the move to our beautiful new campus) and Jerry Jordan on his parents, to whom we dedicate Grace Fellowship Hall.
Then stay for refreshments afterwards.
Child care will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
